Physical vigor and an athletic lifestyle is vital to promote a balance of mind and spirit with the physical health of a person. Emily is serious about her athletic accomplishments, and competes on a southeastern regional volleyball team in the spring and plays on her High School volleyball team in the fall. She also runs is 5K races with her dad, who is a marathon runner and cyclist.
